0% Commission Listing Program

Most agents charge you the same fee regardless of how your home sells.  With my “0% Commission Listing Program,” you decide how much, if any, commission you want to pay.

 

6% - My office or another agent finds the buyer.  In this case, you’ve got an agent representing the Buyer and an agent representing you, the Seller.  They receive 3% and we receive 3%.

1% -    You find the Buyer, and there is no other agent involved.  You’d like me to help you negotiate the offer, submit the contract, follow through with all disclosures, contingencies, inspections, escrow & title paperwork – handle it all the way through closing.

0% -    You find the Buyer, and there is no other agent involved.  You don’t want my help.  You’d prefer to handle all the details yourself.  I walk away.  You pay nothing.
